Hannah is one of the most, down to earth, likeable characters without being too nice, and you want her new job and life to go well. Which it does, especially when she has her feelings reciprocated by her boss.
But, someone thinks Hannah is too likeable, and is determined to unsettle things in drastic ways for her.
As Hannah settles into her new life, she has a few strange occurrences happen, but thinks nothing of them to begin with. She gets on well with her neighbours, and her life.
When her neighbours are killed, she doesn't suspect they are linked with her, due to the unscrupulous ways of the killer.
I found this an immensely thrilling, and gripping read, with enough gore and it really is a grizzly read, which has gruesome murders, that are well thought out and portrayed.
This villain is one of the most devious, and I found myself routing for Hannah to stay out of the murders clutches from the beginning to the end. A rollercoaster of a ride, which I absolutely loved. It will be one that I shall be recommending for a long while after reading.
